How to Share Your Credentials with Zucchetti

Learn how to securely share your sFTP credentials and private key with Zucchetti after activating the integration on the Pliant platform.

When you activate the Zucchetti ZTravel integration in the Pliant platform, we automatically generate a unique set of sFTP credentials for your organization. You are responsible for securely sharing these credentials with your Zucchetti contact in order to complete the connection.

Follow the steps below to upload the sFTP details to the correct section of the ZTravel interface.

Step 1: Save your sFTP credentials from Pliant

After activating Zucchetti in your Integrations page, you will see a screen titled:

“Please save the following information and share it with Zucchetti”

This includes:

  • Username

  • Host

  • Port

  • Path to folder

  • Static part of the filename

  • File extension

  • Private key (you must download and store this file securely)

You can click “Copy All” to quickly copy the data, or download the private key file directly.

Step 2: Upload credentials in ZTravel

Go to the ZTravel interface and complete the setup using the following two steps:

1. Upload your private key

  • Navigate to:

    Utilità > Utilità files esterni > Gestione chiavi autenticazione

  • Upload the private key file you downloaded from the Pliant interface.

2. Configure your sFTP connection

  • Go to:

    Utilità > Utilità files esterni > Configurazione files esterni

  • Enter the following information:

    • Username

    • Host

    • Port

    • Path to folder (e.g., /)

    • Static part of the filename (e.g., pliant-org-id)

    • File extension (e.g., .csv)

Please ensure this configuration is completed by a ZTravel user with administrative permissions.

Additional Notes

  • On the Pliant platform, only the organization owner can configure the Zucchetti ZTravel integration.

  • Pliant cannot access the ZTravel configuration interface directly. You or your Zucchetti consultant must complete this step.
