This article is for the Owner of your Claude organization (Team or Enterprise plan). It covers the one-time setup that makes Pliant available to everyone in your Claude organization. For individual steps, see Connect Pliant MCP to Claude.
What this does and does not do
Adding Pliant makes it available to pick for everyone in your Claude organization. It is not a shared login: each person still signs in with their own Pliant account and only sees what their own Pliant role allows.
Step 1: Turn on Pliant MCP in Pliant
A Pliant organization admin activates the Pliant MCP tile in Settings > Modules. Turning it off later revokes access for everyone, in Claude and in every other connected tool.
Step 2: Add Pliant from Claude's connector directory
In Claude, open Organization settings > Connectors.
Find Pliant in the directory (the verified connector by Pliant) and add it. No Client ID or Client Secret is needed.
Optional: require approval for tools that change data (for example code_transaction, split_transaction and update_card), so your team confirms before anything is written.
Step 3: Tell your team
Point everyone to Connect Pliant MCP to Claude and Example prompts.
Pliant MCP Pro
Pliant MCP Pro is not in the directory. If your organization uses it, add it with Add custom connector instead, using the Pro server address, Client ID and Client Secret. You find them in Pliant under Settings > MCP once Pro is enabled. See Pliant MCP Pro.
Managing access
Turning off the Pliant MCP module in Pliant revokes access immediately for your whole organization, across every connected tool.
Removing Pliant in Claude's organization settings stops new people from connecting, without touching Pliant.
Neither action deletes conversation history already stored in Claude.
