Credit Card PIN
The credit card PIN is available only for Blue and Black Cards. The PIN can be found anytime in the Cardholder APP on the web or mobile.
It is important to note that your PIN cannot be changed.
Where to find the PIN?
To view the PIN of your physical card do the following:
Open the Wallet section of the Cardholder App on the web or mobile
Navigate to your physical card (usually the first card shown)
Click on the button In the card details area, you will find a button to view the PIN.
PIN entered incorrectly
If you have entered the PIN incorrectly three times, don't worry. Simply take your card to an ATM machine and go through a Chip and PIN transaction, such as a cash withdrawal (which will not be complete). This will reset your number of PIN tries.
