Locking and unlocking cards

You can lock your physical and virtual cards at any point in case you have lost your physical card or the credentials of your virtual card have been compromised. You can do this by navigating to the Wallet in the cardholder web or mobile app and clicking the "Lock Card" button.

Any transactions with this card will be declined. You can unlock your card at anytime.

Owners, admins, and managers can also unlock your card.

Terminating cards

You can terminate your cards at any time in case it has been lost or stolen, its credentials have been compromised, or the card is not needed anymore. To terminate a card:

  1. Navigate to the card in the "Wallet".

  2. Click the edit button in the right hand corner.

  3. Click the "Terminate card" option.

  4. Select the termination reason and confirm.

The termination process works similarly in the mobile cardholder app.

Note that terminating a card disables it for future use and subsequent transactions with the card will be declined. However, all previous transactions made with this card will still be available in the Transactions page.
