How to invite a new member, assign the right role, and resend invites?

Who can invite new members?

Owners and Admins can invite a new member from the Dashboard and the Members page. Only Owners can invite Admins and other Owners. You can find more about the different roles here.

How to invite new members?

New members can be invited by performing the following actions:

  1. Go to the “Dashboard” or “Members” page

  2. Click on the “Invite member” button

  3. Enter the member’s title, first name, last name, and email address

  4. If the invited member should get access to the Admin App, select the required role from the checkboxes. If you do not want to grant additional rights, leave all check box options unchecked. The member will then only be assigned the Cardholder role.

  5. In case you have selected the Admin role, you need to decide whether the new member should be allowed to issue cards to her-/himself (i.e. invoke or ignore the 4-eyes principle for card issuing) and choose the maximum monthly limit the Admin can grant when issuing a new card or editing a card’s limit (see below).

  6. Choose whether to directly issue a card for the member. Note that the card will be created in PENDING state and only fully issued once the new member finishes the registration process.

  7. Press “Send invite” and an invite email will be sent to the member.

  8. If you chose to directly issue a card, you will be asked to set the new card parameters on the following modal.

How to resend invites?

The invite link sent to new users will expire in 24 hours. You can resend the invite email by clicking the “Resend invite” link in the member's details screen.

  1. Go to the “Members” page

  2. Click on the invited member

  3. Click the “Resend invite” link
