How to change limits, lock/unlock and terminate cards, etc.

Owners and admins have access to a range of card management features such as changing a card's limits, locking and unlocking, as well as terminating cards.

Please note that only cardholders can access a card's payment details for legal and security reasons. So owners and admins do not have access to the card number (PAN), CVV, or PIN of a card.

Changing card limits

It is possible to change a card's limits anytime via the Admin App. Just navigate to the card on the cards page and press the button 'Change limits'. Select the new required limit values and press 'Confirm'. The new limits will be applied immediately.

Locking, unlocking and terminating cards

Any card belonging to an organization can be locked/unlocked or terminated in real-time if needed. You can access the respective functionalities from the menu on the top right of the card's details page.

Using the card history

Any changes made to a card, including limit changes and locking/unlocking activity, is tracked in the card history. To access the card history, you can click on the button at the bottom of the respective card details page.

Card-based accounting automations

It is also possible to assign cards to teams/cost centers and projects/cost units, such that all transactions made with those cards are also automatically assigned to the respective team/cost center or project/cost unit. For more details, see the following articles:
