To request a limit change for one of your cards, follow these steps:
Navigate to the card in the "Wallet" in the web or mobile cardholder app.
In the web app, click the edit button and click "Request limit change". In the mobile app, tap "Card settings" below the card and then tap "Request limit change".
Input the new card limits, enter a reason for the request, and submit the request for approval.
Requests are sent to your organization's account owners and admins. If the card is assigned to a team, the request will also be sent to the manager(s) of the respective team. You will receive an email once the request has been approved.
