How can I get monthly reports for each active credit card?

Monthly Transaction Reports enables you to access individual monthly reports for each active credit card, offering a more streamlined and organized way of managing your organization's finances.

How to enable Monthly Transaction Reports

Monthly Transactions Reports is a premium feature, meaning that only organizations on our standard subscription plan can activate it. To activate the module:

  1. Click on "Settings" -> "Modules".

  2. Click on the "Monthly Transaction Reports" module.

  3. Click "Activate".

To access this module, ensure that the "Monthly Transaction Reports" module is enabled. This module is available exclusively for organizations on our ‘standard’ plan.

Receiving reports via email

Once the Monthly Transaction Reports module is enabled, the system will automatically generate credit card-based reports for all active and used credit cards. Cards with no transactions during the reporting period will not appear in the reports. These reports will be sent to the billing email address on the 1st or 2nd of each month, simultaneously with your billing reports.

The email will include a download link for a PDF report for each credit card, allowing users to easily access and review their transactions. It is essential to note that only cards with transactions will be included in the report.

Downloading reports from the Billing page

In addition to receiving reports via email, users can download the Monthly Transaction Reports directly from the Billing page. Simply navigate to the Billing page, locate the "Credit Card Report (ZIP)" section, and click the download link. A zip folder containing the reports will be downloaded to your device.
