What is a Pre-fund account?
Pre-fund is a convenient banking option with Pliant, allowing you the freedom to load your account with your desired amount when you choose. This means that when you transfer a certain amount to your Pliant account, it is then used to draw from your various credit cards.
The great thing about the pre-fund option is that the amount you transfer is completely under your control, and you can top up or increase your account with ease if you need to.
Top up Pre-fund Account
Updating your pre-fund account with Pliant is a straightforward process.
To begin, access your Pliant admin app on the dashboard and select the "Top up Account" option. You will be shown the relevant bank account details to which you can transfer the desired amount. The money will then be credited to your Pliant account within 1-3 business days.
That's all you need to do to top up and get the most out of the pre-fund option with Pliant.
Important: Please don’t send any money from non-bank accounts, such as PayPal. You should use a bank account that has the same name as your organization. Otherwise, the transferred amount will not be accepted by Pliant and will be returned to the sender.
