For the purpose of transparency and control over the information stored on their Pliant account, we enable the request of detailed lists concerning various entities of your Pliant account. Below you will find an overview of the available lists as well as a brief description of how you can request them.
Availability of Lists
List of All Employees
Gain a comprehensive overview of all users within your company account at Pliant, including crucial information such as personal data, assigned roles, and respective permissions. This list is particularly useful for administrators who wish to review access rights and role distribution within their company.
List of All Teams
This list provides insight into the structure and organization of your teams at Pliant. It includes data such as team names, cost centers, and team members. The list facilitates the management of team structures, especially when many teams have been established.
List of All Credit Cards
With this list, you receive detailed information about all the credit cards assigned to your company. This includes details such as card limits, transaction limits, and card types.
Request Process
To request one or more of these lists, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Contact us either by phone at +49 30 54453778-0, through the chat in our mobile or web app, or by submitting a ticket via our Support Form.
Specify Your Requirement: Indicate which lists you need and, if necessary, define a specific date.
Wait for Processing: After your request has been confirmed by our support team, the requested lists will be prepared within 14 days.
Receiving the data: The completed lists will be made available to you in CSV format. You will receive the files via email.
