30 days before a physical card expires, we will automatically send a card replacement to the organization's card delivery address. If the original card was added to Apple Pay or Google Pay, the new card will be automatically added to the digital wallet. We will also update the card details stored with some merchants, allowing subscription payments to continue seamlessly.
The automatic card replacement process is described below:
30 days before a physical card expires, we send an email notifying you that a new card is on the way.
You can continue using the old card until the new card arrives.
Activate the new card following the instructions in the Pliant Web or Mobile app. Once the new card is activated, the old card will be automatically terminated.
If a virtual card expires, it is not possible to extend the validity period, hence it needs to be replaced with a new virtual card.
