How to apply for a multi-currency credit line

Overview

Pliant now allows customers to apply for a credit line in a foreign currency, making it easier for businesses to manage expenses in multiple jurisdictions. Our multi-currency account feature allows you to add accounts in various currencies. You can request a credit line in the same currency as your account, which helps mitigate foreign exchange fluctuations by enabling direct settlement in that currency. Main account

The main account is activated when your organization is onboarded on the Pliant platform. The currency of this account becomes the main currency of your organization and determines the currency for your credit line


Eligible currencies

This feature is available for customers whose main account is in one of the following currencies:

  • CHF

  • CZK

  • DKK

  • GBP

  • HUF

  • NOK

  • PLN

  • RON

  • SEK

  • USD

Applying for a credit line

To apply for a credit line in a currency different from Euro, follow the same process as for Euro credit lines:

  1. Contact your sales representative or our customer success team.

  2. Our internal teams will evaluate your request, and additional information may be required.

  3. Once approved, the credit line will automatically be granted in the currency of your main account.

Cashback for credit line transactions

Cashback earned on transactions funded by a credit line will be issued in the same currency as the account. For instance, if your credit line is in USD, any cashback earned from transactions will also be in USD.
