Owners and admins can update the following organization information in the "Organization Settings" tab:
Trade name: This is the name displayed on the physical cards issued for the organization.
Billing email address: Bill payment notifications will be sent to this email address.
VAT-ID
Card delivery address: Physical cards will be delivered to this address. This address does not need to coincide with the billing address of the organization.
To update any other organization details, please contact us either by phone at +49 30 54453778-0, through the chat in our mobile or web app, or by submitting a ticket via our Support Form.
