With Pliant's cashback every customer can earn money back for transactions made with Pliant cards.

The cashback is granted as a certain percentage of the transaction amount - the cashback rate. Each customer has a general cashback rate which is based on the frequency with which the organization is paying their Pliant credit card bills, e.g. monthly or weekly. A few categories like gas stations and supermarkets have lower cashback rates. The current cashback rates can be viewed in the Admin App.

The cashback amounts earned in relation to a transaction become redeemable after 75 days. The redeemable amounts can be paid out to your organization's billing account by using the respetive functionality on the Cashback page in the Admin App.
