After you have received your physical card, you have to activate it using the Pliant cardholder app before the card can be used for the first time. For this, you will need the 6-digit activation code that has been sent along with the card.

For Blue Cards the activation code is printed on the letter to which the card was attached. If you want to activate your Black Card, you can find the activation code on the inside of the box in which the card got delivered.

To activate your card, log into the app and open the Wallet section where a digital representation of your physical card is shown. Use the “Activate card” button shown in the card details section beneath the card image. This will open a dialogue where you can enter the activation code. Once confirmed the card is active and can be used.

Following the activation, you will also be shown the PIN of the card. Please note, that there is no need to note it down, and we recommend not doing this to keep your card and your organization’s funds secure. You can look up the PIN inside the app at any time. For details see here.
