Once you receive your physical card, you’ll need to activate it in the Pliant cardholder app before using it.

To activate your card, log in to the app and go to the Wallet section. There, you’ll see a digital version of your card. Tap 'Activate card' under the card image, then enter the last four digits of your card number when prompted. Once confirmed, your card will be ready to use immediately.

After activation, you’ll also see your card's PIN. There’s no need to write it down, and for security, we recommend not doing so. You can look up the PIN inside the app at any time. For details see here.
