To issue a card,
Navigate to the Cards page.
Select "Issue new card" on the top right.
Choose for which member you want to issue the card.
Choose the type of card you want to issue (more details about card types here).
Select the card settings including limits and e.g. to which team a card should belong.
Confirm by clicking "Issue card".
Virtual cards are available and active instantly after issuance, while physical cards need to be activated after they have arrived by mail.
