Tracking card transactions in the admin app

The Pliant admin app provides an overview of all transactions made by any members of your organization. On the Transactions page, all transactions appear in real-time as soon as they are authorized. Here you can also search and filter for any transactions as needed. You can use the red quick filter button to view all transactions with missing receipts (only visible if transactions with missing receipts exist; more details here).

You can refer to this article to learn more about the different transaction types (refunds, chargebacks, etc.) and states (PENDING, DECLINED, etc.).

On the top right of the transaction page, you can use the 'Download' button to download a CSV file including all transactions you have searched or filtered for, as well as a ZIP file that includes all the corresponding receipt files of those transactions.

To export the transactions to your accounting system, we recommend using Pliant's dedicated accounting export functionalities. You will be able to see the export status on the right end of each transaction's list entry. Please note that the details of transactions "In export queue" or those that are already "exported" cannot be changed anymore.

Transaction Details

On the transactions details page, you can find more details about each transaction, e.g. links to the card used and the cardholder who made the transactions. You can also upload receipts or view uploaded receipts and add or edit notes about the transaction.
