How to pair/unpair a mobile device with my user account?

To ensure your Pliant account is secure, we require entering an SMS code every time you log in. Alternatively, you can pair your trusted device with your Pliant account. Once you do this, you no longer will need to enter an SMS code when you log into your Pliant account on mobile. You will still need to enter a security code when you log into the web app.

To pair your trusted device, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Pliant mobile app.

  2. Navigate to "Security" in "Profile".

  3. Tap "Device pairing", then "Pair this device", and confirm.

You can always unpair the device through the "Device pairing" section in the mobile app. In case you have lost your device, you can also unpair it from the web app by navigating to the "Security" section in "Profile Details".
