Why Am I Prompted For Payment Card Details In The Lounge?
As part of PSD2 regulations introduced to reduce fraud, customers must go through strong authentication for certain transactions. With our solution, you must go through this process once only, as subsequent transactions will be processed by your stored card.
What If I Don't Have My Credit Card With Me?
You may not be able to complete the registration process and gain access to the lounge. We strongly recommend that you register online now or update your payment card information to use your digital membership card, and you should always have your Visa card with you when visiting a lounge.
What If My Card Can't Be Swiped?
Sign up in advance to use your digital membership card or you may not be able to access the lounges. If you have been denied lounge access because your card was not recognized, please contact your card issuer.
What If I Don't Have My Phone With Me To Complete Two-Factor Authentication From The Bank?
If card validation cannot be completed in the lounge through your card issuer's established security verification methods, you will not have access to the lounge.
Can I Use My Digital Access Token*To Enter The Lounge?
You can use your digital access token to enter the lounge. However, you may also need your physical card to complete card validation in the lounge if you have not validated your card beforehand. LoungeKey recommends that you carry your Visa card with you when visiting a lounge.
What If I Get A New Credit Card?
We recommend that you create an account or log in to the website or app and update/re-enter your card information in the "My Information" section as soon as possible. As part of these processes, you will be asked to authenticate your eligible payment card. After that, you should be able to go through the standard lounge entry process without having to reconfirm your information.
Why Am I Denied Access After I Enter My Information?
Once your payment card has been exchanged, you will need to enter the country and zip code the card is registered to and the correct CVC on the back of your payment card. You will then be prompted to complete your bank's two-factor authentication process, which requires you to enter a one-time password on the device or validate the transaction in your banking app. If successful, the visit entry process will be complete.
I Am Still Being Denied Access. What Can I Do?
If you don't already have a LoungeKey online account, you can create one through the website or app. As part of this process, you will be asked to authenticate your authorized payment card. After that, you can go through the normal lounge entry process without having to authenticate again.
If you already have an online account, you can log in to the website or app and update/re-enter your card details in the "My details" section. As part of this process, you will be prompted to authenticate your eligible payment card. After that, you should be able to go through the standard lounge entry process without having to reconfirm your information.
Who Do I Contact If I Still Don't Have Lounge Access?
We recommend creating or logging into your LoungeKey account to enter/re-enter your payment card details on the website and app. If you still cannot get access, please contact the LoungeKey customer service team.
