We offer a secure and simple process to update the phone number associated with your Pliant account. Here are the steps you can follow to update your phone number in your Pliant Profile Details.
Step 1: Initiate Phone Number Change
To start the process, navigate to your Profile Details in the top right corner of the Pliant Web App. You'll find an edit button next to your current phone number. Click on this button to initiate the phone number update.
Click on the "Confirm" button in the confirmation modal. This action will trigger an email to the email address linked with your Pliant account.
Step 2: Confirm Change via Email
Click on the "Change phone number" button in order to reset the phone number. You will receive a second email confirming the reset of your phone number.
Note that this link is only valid for 24 hours. After the time limit has expired, you will need to log into your account with your old phone number and trigger the reset again.
Step 3: Log in and Enter the new Phone Number
Log in to your account, enter the new phone number, and verify it with the SMS code we will send to the new phone number.
When you log in, you may be prompted to complete the login through 2FA Push Notification (see here for more detail). In this case you should select "Try another method" and then click on "Phone". Then continue with entering your new phone number.
