Each user can access their user profile from the user menu in the top right corner of the admin app or cardholder app.
In the user profile, each user can:
View and edit their user data
View and edit their mobile phone number
Unpair their mobile device from their account (see this article)
Request a new password
Change the language setting for the Pliant app(s), and
View the legal documents in relation to using the Pliant platform.
Viewing and editing user data
Each user can edit their own name and title by clicking on the pen symbol next to their name in the user profile.
Similarly, the mobile number required to keep your account secure can be changed by clicking the pen icon next to the phone number displayed in the user profile. Resetting the number will trigger an email sent to your registered email address with a link to reset your number. Once the new number has been entered, it needs to be confirmed via an SMS code sent to that number.
In case you have lost access to your phone, and thus cannot enter the app using the 2FA code sent via SMS, you can also ask an admin or owner to reset your phone number for you via the admin app.
Please note, that a user cannot change their own email address from the user profile page. This can only be done by an admin or an owner via the Members page (see here).
Changing your password
To change your password, you can use the “Change password” button located in your user profile page. Alternatively, you can also request a new password from the login page to the Pliant apps. Both options, will trigger an email sent to your existing email address, from which you can update your password.
